As mid-April is fast approaching, Puma is all set to showcase two new special sneakers under its SELECT Program. The tier is the brand’s way to showcase a certain level of products available within the Puma Group. Check out the highly-creative yet somewhat nostalgic sneakers below.
Puma fires up its retro archives by adding a contemporary approach to Walt Frazier’s “Clyde” as we present the all-new PUMA Clyde Sock. Originally a basketball sneaker, the Puma Clyde was accepted worldwide for its street-classic looks embodying the brand’s heritage for almost 65 years enhanced with a hint of Frazier’s signature style off the court.
A progressive move in the world of fashion, the PUMA Clyde Sock gives new life to an OG silhouette by pushing the boundaries of innovation and design. Constructed using evoKNIT, the sneaker takes cues from the Walt Frazier’s tube socks during his basketball games. A re-imagined classic, the sneaker arrives in four different colorways, two of which pay homage to his professional basketball team - New York Knicks.
The second Puma SELECT product is the Easter Pack highlighting Easter Sunday’s festivities. The tradition continues as Puma taps every child within, reminiscent of the days out on the hunt for chocolate bunnies, brightly colored eggs, new outfits and bright hats. As Easter Sunday approaches the celebrations envisions floral beauty, enchanting fragrance, vivid verdure, vibrant hues, clear skies and chirping birds.
Each shoe in the pack comes with premium suede upper, a leather heel and is capped off by an iced-out outsole with a cracked egg graphic inside.
Available in 3 colorways, the Puma Suede arrives in Aruba Blue and Halogen Blue, symbolizing the heavens and the skies, also signifying the beginning of a new creation. The third silhouette comes in Prism Pink, which stands for fresh beginnings, joy, and happiness.
